At Avorlyne, we want your order experience to feel clear, simple and reliable from the moment you place your order until your package arrives. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship and support your order.

1. Shipping Destination

Avorlyne currently ships within the United States.

If a shipping destination is not available at checkout, this means we are currently unable to deliver to that location.

2. Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders

There is no minimum order value required to receive free shipping.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays or high-volume periods may require additional processing time. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6–12 business days. The total estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume shipping periods, address issues or other circumstances outside our direct control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can use this tracking number to follow the delivery status of your package on our order tracking page. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, contact us at support@avorlyne.com and include your order number so our support team can help you check the status.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Avorlyne is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@avorlyne.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

7. Delayed Orders

Although we aim to deliver every order within the estimated delivery window, delays can sometimes happen.

Possible reasons for delays include:

  • Carrier delays
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Weather disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Operational delays during processing or transit

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@avorlyne.com with your order number. Our team will review the tracking details and assist you with the next steps.

8. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@avorlyne.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the shipment status and, where necessary, work with the carrier or shipping partner to investigate the issue.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation, Avorlyne may offer a replacement, store credit or refund. Each case is reviewed individually based on the tracking status and delivery information available.

9. Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Your mailbox or parcel locker
  • Your front door, porch or building entrance
  • Reception, concierge or mailroom if applicable
  • Neighbors or household members
  • Any delivery notes provided by the carrier

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@avorlyne.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help you with the next steps.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at support@avorlyne.com.

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging and any visible damage

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the situation.

For approved cases involving damaged, defective or incorrect items, Avorlyne will provide the appropriate solution and will not require the customer to cover return costs caused by our error or a product issue.

11. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, contact us at support@avorlyne.com with your order number and a photo of the package you received.

Our support team will review the order details and help resolve the issue.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@avorlyne.com.

We can only change or cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Returns Related to Delivery

If you want to return an item after receiving your order, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Return requests must be submitted to support@avorlyne.com before sending an item back. This allows our support team to provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send returns to a general business address unless our support team has confirmed that it is the correct return location.
