13. Delays and Delivery Issues

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, but delays can sometimes happen.

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

16. Returns and Refunds

Avorlyne offers a 30-day return window from the delivery date.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original tags still attached
  • Returned in the original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Avorlyne does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

17. Exchanges

Size exchanges may be available when stock allows.

To request an exchange, contact support@avorlyne.com with your order number and the size you would like instead.

Exchange items must meet the same eligibility conditions as standard returns.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a return, refund or alternative solution.
